Pilates is a training system that can make a difference in your muscles and strength without taking a toll on your body. Our classes focus on improving flexibility, toning muscles, developing a strong core, and a balanced body. We offer Pilates sports performance classes that focus on strengthening the feet and ankles, core, and the back and training muscles that are important in developing an efficient athlete. We offer group reformer classes for all levels as well as private Pilates instruction.


We provide individualized nutrition programs based on an assessment and consultation to determine what nutrition prescription best suits your lifestyle and goals. Our system will give you a road map to take control of your health and achieve your fitness goals. Combining our nutrition program with a serious training regiment helps our members lose fat, build muscle, gain strength, and recover faster, priming you for optimal performance.


Dynamic Athletix is dedicated to serving and educating athletes, coaches, fitness instructors, fitness enthusiasts, first responders, and people in need of rehabilitation. Our company uses an approach of integrated performance combining knowledge gathered from the most educated and successful specialists in the fitness, sports performance, nutrition, rehabilitation, and medical fields to serve our members.
